Somebody posted a link to Black Sheep Hat works on The Fedora Lounge, and among the models they offer, they have a "Traveler" fedora, which comes in a handsome granite grey and a 2 3/4" by 2 5/8" dimensional cut brim. A bit lower than a standard Indy hat, but I'm prone to thinking that it was at the least inspired by the hat of our favorite adventurer.

Well, the specs on the site indicate that it has a 5 1/4" crown, whereas the Indy IV hat was 5 3/4". Although with the pictures, I'm not sure that it's a full half in shorter...then again, I'm certainly no expert in "eyeballing" specs.Tundrarider wrote:That's a nice lookin' hat!
I think the crown may just appear lower due to the wider ribbon, but I'm certainly no expert.

Looks like it could be a 50 mm ribbon as opposed to the 39 mm we are accustomed to seeing on our tried and tested, Indy styled fedoras.
