For the 99.5%

Post by Long John Tinfoil »

I haven't commented on the newest Wings offerings, I haven't signed up on the pre-order list. I have looked on at some of the disagreements and wondered if I could offer anything constructive.

Mea culpa. Mea culpa. Mea maxima culpa. :whip:

I haven't been around long enough to do anything more than appreciate the years of work that others have put into getting this hobby to where it is today. I have already spent more than I ought on gear that pleases me enormously. I sincerely admire all of the vendors who put their products forward to one of the most involved and informed markets around. :notworthy:

I have traded posts with some of the experts and moderators, usually in a light-hearted manner, and I have found the members I have dealt with directly to be helpful, supportive and generally to be folks I would be proud to call friends. \:D/

I am a part of the 99.5% who are the "silent majority". :#:

I like it here, I intend to stick around and put my 2 cents worth in form time-to-time. :TOH:

My name is Long John Tinfoil and I am a Gearhead! :anxious:

Appreciate the sentiment, LJT, really.....but, to avoid starting a series of these "mea culpa, .02 defense" threads, let's just leave it at this and move on. If those who feel any culpability would just alter their courses, I think these two threads (yours and Prescott's) will have served their purpose.

With that, I'm locking this one down.

Regards!
