Yep. If you want something specifically replicated, or simply custom, Magnoli makes them. If your question is more broad in scope, as in "I like that sort of thing in general"; the search term you'll want for shopping is "wool tweed." I can tell you now, it's not cheap. But if you are not a particularly large size, you'll stand a good chance at finding vintage stuff in second hand stores and internet auctions.
