Linings used in Indy jackets?

Post by ron521 »

What are your opinions regarding the comfort and durability of the lining materials used in various Indy jackets...
nylon acetate as in US Wings
satin, cotton, or a combination as in Wested
polyester twill as used in G & B
others?

USWings lining is very tough, as is the lining used by Tony Nowak.
The only Wested I have is the ToD, and I understand it is not their usual lining. You do not want that ToD lining for anything!

If your local temperatures will allow you to get away with cotton get that because I have problems with my jacket sliding to one side when I put stuff in the pockets unless I find the right ballance.
