Ok, so that sounded like a Thesis title, but here goes:
Is it just me or does the Steets of Cairo hat have more of a curve to the top of the dome on the bow-side? I'm guessing it is a result of the turn warping what would have started as a sharper curve, as evidenced on the non-bow side. As seen in the shot on the left here:
It's something I've noticed on my own hat and a few in the SoC pages, but is there anything resembling consensus on this? Anyone got a closer-to front-on frame grab to confirm?

Yeah. You see a little different curve on the bow side on some of the film hats. Probably because of the turn.
