Sliders..whats your thoughts on these?

They are a sort of black chrome, but they don't look as big and thick as the ones from the site that started this thread.
If those are die cast zinc they aren't as durable either, and if they aren't durable Tony won't use them.
The one's he uses are a good copy of 'what's on screen'.
A little flat black paint and you'd have them perfect

edit to add. I forgot your jacket doesn't have them, you got the two prong jobs.
I just looked at mine. They really are more black then chrome, but as I said 'black chrome'. They are curved, not flat. measure 1.25" in length and just under .875" width. ....... So they aren't as big or thick as the hardware elves ones.
These hold the strap extremely well, and give the correct 'bump' to the strap in the middle of it.

Can anyone post a closeup of the buckles on their Nowak Raiders (or a link to photos already posted here)? Is there a supplier for buckles that match the Nowak buckles?

IndianaG liked the hardware elf buckle so much he had Tony put them on one of his jackets. The dirty oil one I think.

I still have some of these, if anyone's interested. I have Tony's regular ones on my Raiders jacket, and prefer his to the Elf ones!
