I hate the internet being out at work. Besides having to concentrate on work stuff (instead of more important jacket details), I miss things like this. I would have guessed Magnoli because of the sliders.
Great jacket! Looks like superb fit and the look seems really spot on.

Hey, that's kind of you to say so. I haven't taken it off since it arrived. I've had a Wested and a Todd custom before but I think this is my favourite - to be honest I can't fault it (hey, so maybe I won't have to buy another one ....)
That is a VERY nice Jacket! All (hail) Magnoli, no?!
It fits you very well. It literally screams Raiders to me. Wear it in good health and many, many adventures...!
Would you mind posting a bunch of detail shots like other people do with their Nowaks?
Holt said once the the world needs more Magnoli gear and I agree with him. That is a way nice jacket. How does it feel? what is the hide like? Does it have that feel like your not wearing a jacket feel?
That is definitely on my list of gear to get, that and an Explorador 36.

Thanks- I'll post some detail pics tomorrow.
It feels really good. Very light weight in terms of the hide used. Doesn't feel flimsy though. The issue I always had with my Wested is that it seemed too substantial for a Raiders jacket - more rigid like a LC or CS. The Magnoli looks very well put together in terms of construction. It looks like there's been a lot of attention to detail. Three inside pockets - one with a zip. Lining in the sleeves is a satin type material and a cotton (?) lining for the body.
I'd agree with Holt about Magnoli gear. Everything I've got from him seems top of the range. We're very lucky to have Magnoli and Todd who really care about getting stuff RIGHT

Yes Chewie it came lightly distressed. You know, I'm usually one to beat the be-jezuz out of any Indy jacket I get by way of artificially distressing- however with this one it has the 'look' so well already I don't feel the need
One thing I have done today is get some boling water and dip a cloth in it then wipe this over the surface of the jacket. It's done a really good job of taking the shine off the surface (not that it was as shiney as a Wested lamb). I've used the hot shower treatment before but didn't want to risk shrinking this one
