Wade's new SA Raiders Gunbelt

Post by IndianaChris711 »

Here is my gunbelt I got from Wade on Friday. :D Today was actually a nice day to take pictures indoors. It is just an awesome gunbelt, I did ask to have the whip holder the same color as the belt. I also asked for some light distressing, it is just awesome Wade thanks so much, I put my whip on it the day I got it and it is the only gunbelt I have where the whip does not slip when on the side, very awesome. Here are a few photos of the belt I took today. This belt is just awesome and definately worth the money.

Just gorgeous belt! Wade does fantastic work, which is why the ONLY leather gear I buy comes from Wade.

It is lovely stuff... In case you didn't know all Magnoli's leather stuff comes from Wade. It works out slightly cheaper to the uk than ordering direct from Wade. Not sure about other areas of the world.

Interesting, again, how the same belt, photographed with the same camera, by the same person, looks like it is two different colors. No wonder we have such a tough time with screen shots! :?

Yes, this one is on my list of "upgrades." Very soon now... =P~

Thanks for the pics and for sharing, :D

Thanks for the comments Michael, Wade did an awesome job. I think one member here did show his belt in the vendor section and Wade did comment and say it looked like he did some distressing of his own. I did shoot mine near some outdoor light and indoor light in front of a window. It looks more of a darker color from far away and close up, its a nice brown color. The leather is very soft and supple. I do shoot my pics on a DSLR Canon rebel xt, there is a difference in pictures with camera whether it be video or still photos.

Thanks for all the comments guys, Holt I am not sure how you can get these through Magnoli, probably talk with Wade on that, they are handmade. I wonder if Wade might have some available at the summit, he might.

I'll have plenty of gun belts at the Summit. The Raiders gun belt and also a TOD and CS gun belts and holsters will be there along with all of the whip holders.

So anyone at the Summit can check everything out in person.

These look great. Considering the slightly hanging nature of the Raiders gunbelt and the length of the threaded through part, how do you go about choosing the correct size in relation to your own waist size?

Just give Wade / magnoli your usual belt size and Wade seems to work out the rest :)

That's what he did for me when I got mine. Wade's stuff is excellent and he really knows what he's doing.

Okay, thanks for that. I seem to remember Noel Howard saying to add 4 inches to your normal waist size when he was producing them.

I just gave Wade my pants size which is a 32/33, I picked 33 cause most jeans I buy are loose straight 32's. Wade just nailed this belt, the most well fit gun belt I have had. It fits so well when I put it on, I put my whip on the holder and walked around and my whip did not fall down on the ground... something I have desired. Great craftmanship and a great vendor here on COW. Wade is the Jedi Master of leather belts/straps. ;) I highly recommend this belt, even though it costs $75 and then add shipping, it is well worth it.

Kind Regards,

IndianaChris

In some of the pictures the belt looks black? Or is it just dark dark brown? I think it looks awesome! I need one!

Yep, looks like you don't have to take a lighter to that and apply soot and burn the leather to get the whip holder to match the belt, both are already the perfect color out of the box and both match! I bet the holster also matches well. :notworthy:
