Todd Uptowner v Henry comparison pictures

They're actually the same colour - the lighing makes them look different. The Todd ribbon is more reflective - the colurs are actually similar.

Thanks, I've been waiting to see a picture of these two side by side. Would it be possanle to get some pictures outside in natural light?

Will do my best. It's so grey, wet and miserable here at the moment there's not much in the way of natural light to be had!

Both hats are good looking fedoras! I scrolled down before reading which was which because I wanted to make an unbiased opinion. I liked the look of the one on the left in both bash and ribbon color. So I guess I picked the Henry. I think you win with either choice. Let us know how they hold up to wearing them.

The irony of that is that I was trying to get my Henry bash to look like my Uptowner bash - the Henry came looking a little more LC than Raiders ;)

That's because the felt is so floppy: the bash sometimes pops out during shipping. So that's normal ;)

Yes that's correct.

I think most people would find it very hard to tell the Henry from the Uptowner based on looks alone. I may try a little quiz later! :D

I know I wouldn't be able to tell the difference between the two.

They say that it only takes 20% beaver in a blend to get that really smooth beaver feel to the felt. Can you tell the difference between the two?

You will find it very hard to have a pure rabbit hat be as smooth as one that has 20% beaver in it. 20% is the least amount you can have to get that smooth finish.
