of-the-rack wested

Post by Doctor_Jones »

I just visited the new website of wested. hadn't seen it before. like it very much indeed.
what's with those of-the-rack jackets. looks like they are produced elsewhere? i have missed this episode due to my long absence of the forum.
wondering if they are any good? always had a bit of trouble finding the right fit with the custom made jackets. they fitted okay but not like a glove. probably the fault of my tailors here or maybe probably me with loosing and gaining weight all the time! haha.
I'm a 48, that's what stated in my jacket, both of them. so i guess if i order a 48 of-the-rack, I would be okay? just wondering.
never understood inches and stuff as we use the metric system.
my apologies if the of-the-rack wested topic has already been mentioned but I was a bit too lazy to browse through the forum.

I'm not sure about OTR bc I always order custom, but even with custom, I've learned to order one size up bc Wested's jackets tend to run small. That is just MY experience though.
