wow. They run big....esp. for Asia-originated apparel. Can't wait to get mine and see how it compares to my AB and Magnoli.

We set the size according to the data we have from different US branded shirts. For Asia-originated apparels, the sizing are much smaller. Shirt with 16.5" collar is usually labelled "XL" for most of brands here. :TOH:

Would you say these are accurate as far as fit goes..
would you say they're more of an atheletic/slim fit so they don't look super baggy?

I usually wear large shirts, they're comfortable on me. I can fit into most medium shirts (and ESPECIALLY medium sweaters) but they feel noticeably tight/not well fitting.

Should I get a medium?

These LC shirts are designed for slim fit, just like it should be.

The fitting shouldn't be baggy if you choose the correct size. You will probably need to measure your regular shirt and compare with the size chart above for better fitting. :D

Got my Azuma shirt in the post today and I love it. The shirt seems very well made and fits me like a custom shirt. Thanks Azuma, great job
The shape may look a bit 'off' in the pics but I had only just taken it out of the packet.http://i685.photobucket.com/albums/vv21 ... tet005.jpg

Matt, that shirt looks great! My Azuma shirt is in the mail, so I should have it within the next few days.

May I ask you what size you ordered and your height? If you don't mind.

Thanks jnicktem. I ordered the small as the sizes matched up pretty well with my Todd's shirt. I am about 5'10".

All the best,

I ordered a Large, and read what Azuma said about the Large being like a Todds LB. I had a Todds XL that fit me okay, but I am hoping that if it is like a Todds LB, that the Last Crusade shirt will fit me perfectly.

Plus I really like how the shirts are slim fitted, since it seems my problem with Indy shirts is that they are too baggy. When I wear them they just don't look right.

Just got back from london and the shirt was waiting for me - i ordered a large - fits like a glove and is fitted also in a similar way to my NH.

Really like the shirt and may even wear it for my night out tomorrow in Leeds!

I don't know- maybe it's a funny looking picture posted about, but there is just something about the shirt that looks off to me. I'm not trying to imply that Azuma doesn't make a great shirt, I'm just saying that in MY opinion, something just doesn't seem to look right. :-k

I just got my Azuma as well. It's a great shirt for the price and very well made. However, I consider my AB shirt to be THE Indy shirt....the look, color, fit and quality is unsurpassed!

AB shirt is based on the Raiders version, mine is based on the LC version. These two versions of Indy shirt have many differences in the design and color, although they may look the same. I will post some photos for comparision later.

My Large Azuma shirt fits - that is I can get it on, but I wear a 38 waist in jeans, and it is too tight through the middle, and actually too tight in the sleeves at the upper arm area. This is from a guy who doesn't work out. I am 6 ft tall. It fits in the neck, sleeve and tail length, but I'm not slim enough for this shirt. Every other Indy shirt I have is a 2XL. This shirt is for someone thinner than me. Younger too! :-({|= So while it is a VERY LARGE large shirt, you better be lean enough to wear it. This is the best made Indy shirt I have seen. :notworthy: It is in no way a RAIDERS shirt. AB nailed that one in my opinion. Regardless of which movie shirt you like, this shirt really stands out in terms of quality and attention to detail.  I will be looking forward to the XL when it becomes available. Before QM summit I hope.

Ok I figured out why this looks more like a costume shirt- the material looks too thick AND the buttons are way too dark for the LC shirt

That picture looks much better. Buttons are still too dark, but good improvement. :)

The shirt in the photo is from the same batch of shirts we are offering now. It just looks better when wrinkled.

For your information, the weight for a large sized shirt is around 260g, 245g for a medium sized shirt, and 230g for a small sized shirt.

The button color is appoximately Pantone 449 when seeing indoor with fluorescent light. Pantone 450 would probably look closer. However, this is by far the best buttons (in terms of color) along with LC shirts that are available from existing vendors.

Photo link changed. http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2562/399 ... b128_o.jpg

The shirt shown in the photo is in size small. The model dressed in the shirt is 175.5cm tall, 70kg, and with 39" chest.

In addition, NH size M shirt weighed 220g.

Wrinkled it's the way! :D
Aside the buttons (sorry, but they're really too dark even for a LC shirt) I think this is the best alternative at the Todd's shirts. Very good work Azuma! :TOH:

My Azuma shirt arrived today!

Speaking as someone who has owned a Indy shirt from Noel Howard, Adventurebilt, and Todds, I still say that the NH shirt is the king. However, I am going to place the Azuma shirt as a VERY close second! The material feels the same as a NH, which to me is important because I love the feel of my NH, but don't like wearing it too much due to its rarity.

I only have one big problem with this shirt... and that is it is too big for me. I ordered the same size as my NH (a size Large) but I feel like I can go down to a Medium... so I am planning on placing that order in the near future. Until then, I will still wear my Azuma shirt, which is a BIG 2 thumbs up IMHO!

Thank you guys I am glad you like the shirt.

I have got reply from the button supplier. They will re-do the buttons for the next batch. I will probably assign a pantone color for them instead of give them the photo for reference. That would be easier to work it out. :TOH:

Cool shirt!! Colour has a less pink tone compared to NH shirts, perhaps more green. Which I think is more accurate for LC! I should do some comparison shots. Anyways, thanks for a great offering Azuma!

Nice fit Baldwyn! If you don't mind me asking approximately size are you and what size did you opt for? (nice chicken by the way ;) ) Azuma, when do you expect to have the second run ready, and will they have the current button color or will we get the new button color you're checking in to?

Thanks Travis!! Yeah, my wife was disgusted that she was participating in a picture where I was posing dramatically with a chicken. And then I figured since I was wearing the Azuma shirt, what the heck :) I'm about a 38-40 chest, and ordered a medium. The shirt just needs to be worn, and washed (this was the first real time wearing it, hasn't been washed yet), and it'll really start looking the part. I found the thread colour a little light, the buttons a little dark, but suspect once the newness is gone, this will become less apparent. I love the details, especially the wonky epaulets (they usually hide the top shirt seams, but these button up higher towards the back) that I think are unique to the LC shirt. Not that you can tell from the movie! The only shots I've seen with the jacket off is the infamous stapler sequence!

yeah. I know. :? especially my back. which is one big V. thats a little annoying sometimes. the armhole really tightens up and pinches my armpits when I pull my arms in front of me.

this working out is so bittersweet sometimes....
