A new close enough boot from Red Wing?

Post by Indiana Charles »

Don't know if this has been posted here before (sorry if it has), but I was surfing the Red Wing website for dress shoes when I ran across these. Price isn't too bad, $165.00 MSRP.

Those look pretty hefty! Redwing is offering these as well, a little closer IMO, but still not as close as todds I suppose, http://www.bakershoe.com/search.cfm/pro ... -chestnut/

That's about the closest I've seen in a safety boot. Think I'll look for a local dealer who carries it. I wear my Aldens as much as I can, but have to switch to steel toes at most job sites.

With that price, Why not buy 2 pairs of Todd's or save a little more and get some 405s?

I agree. Todd's are the best close-enough's in the market right now and costs less than $100.....can't do much better than that.
