I have used the search, and not come to a determination...

ARe the differences between Fed II, III, IV, XXXII, XIVII, etc just different production runs, with minor changes included, and, if so, is there a definitive list of the differences between a III and IV? I'm just curious-im getting an Akubra Fed from the Bazaar and its a Deluxe III, but its been Reblocked by Steve at AB, according to the current owner. However does he have the time?

The difference between the Fed I, II, III, and IV are based on changes in specs over the years. All versions were created with input from folks right here at IndyGear. Over time there have been changes in brim width, dimensional cut brim, crown height, block shape (as with the latest incarnation) and even felt, to a degree. The latest changes are mentioned here: http://hatsdirect.com/federation/specifications.html.

Me being facetious? I was just asking about the many designs of the Fed, since Hats Direct only lists their current version, and I can't find much in here about the diffrerences/improvements of the III over the II, or the IV over the III.

No, I get it. I was just joking about the roman numerals because I don't think that's a valid number. :)

I've searched for Fed II and III specs with no luck also. They came and went quickly. I think II was the original blocked shorter, from 6 in to 5 1/2 . And maybe III was the II with a truer brown ?
