Today, I swung by my local post office to pick up a package that I had been waiting on for over eight months for: my very own Terry Jacka 10' CS Bullwhip! That new leather smell was intoxicating, and even after languishing in transit (and customs) for nearly three weeks, the beautiful red kangaroo leather still felt oily and freshly made!
Of course, I could not wait to rush home to introduce this new addition, a 'J' series by the way, to a couple of old friends.
And there it proudly sits, 'hanging' out with a Nowak CS jacket, and a Delk CS fedora! And, as if you couldn't get any more "screen-accurate" than that, there to keep it company is Indy's very own screen-used bed from KotCS! (sorry for the absence of the mattress at the moment, getting that 'upgraded')
Truly a reunion of old friends!

Very nice Glad to hear it finally arrived, I know its been quite a wait.
The whip looks great, feel free to post a few more photos of it too, I enjoy seeing these whips. Let me know what you think of it after you’ve had a chance to throw it a bit.
By the way, The rest of the CS gear is pretty slick too, especially the bed!

Thanks everyone! And to address some specific folks:

I'm really intimidated about cracking it though... Comparing the handle to a Strain, a Jacka is a MONSTER!
The Jacka though is a thing that has to be seen to be believed... And the smell of the roo hide... My entire room smells positively 'leathery' now!

Thank you Dan for all the kind words! They really mean a lot, especially coming from the guy who gave me my first and most treasured bullwhip advice!BullWhipBorton wrote:Very nice Glad to hear it finally arrived, I know its been quite a wait.
