On March 19 2009 we at David Morgan shipped out one of our last Terry Jacka whips from stock, a 455c-blk black 10' bullwhip, along with a couple DVDs. We have just heard back from the card company that the order was a fraud: the person who made the order used a stolen card. The card holder denied making the charge, so we are having to absorb the loss.
I am posting here because the community might have further information, perhaps putting a name to the thief, perhaps the whip will come up in auction, and perhaps posting now will help prevent the thief from striking someone else in the community at a future date.
I suspect the name given is a fake one so i won't post that.
The shipping address was 2820 Fountain view Dr Apt E132 in Houston Texas, 77057.
The email the crook used was eroussost0@netzero.net
Thank you for searching your recent memory, and for keeping your eyes open for the whip, and the misguided whip enthusiast that stole it.

What a bunch of BS! Unfortunately, this guy will probably never show his face here...but we'll keep a lookout!
Re: Stolen Terry Jacka 10' black bullwhip
Sorry to hear about all that, Will. I'll keep an eye on the auctions, and pass this along to anyone else who might come across it!

Will, I’m sorry to hear this but appreciated you giving us a heads up and the warning to our other whip makers.
I’ll keep my eye out for any suspicious matching Terry Jacka whips or DVDs, especially any going up for resale in that area of the U.S. If I see or hear anything I’ll let you know pronto.
Dan

Sorry to hear this Will. I think it might be wise for all vendors here to be on a look out and maybe keep each other posted with things like this to look out for.

If that don't just bite big time! What a low life. I say we all grab our favorite whip and head over to Houston.........................
Other than here and ebay what other outlets might be tried? I have looked at Craigs list numerous time for a whip and come up zip.
