Howdy,
My mother-in-law, bless her heart, discovered that my son likes Indiana Jones, so she threw him an Indy-theme party: Indy cake, plates, gifts, etc. But the piece de resistance was the . . uh . . indescribable fedoras she bought for everyone at the party, modeled here:
This may truly be the most ill-conceived party hat of all time. I had my Fed IV on, so fortunately no photos exist of me in this "hat".

make it an even better birthday (even belatedly) and get him a REAL Indy hat. May I suggest a very small Fed IV? -M

Hey, I'd wear one of those at a birthday party! He looks perfectly happy. Nothing wrong with that.

Trouble is, Bink, he wore it to school the next day. All day. I definately see a Fed IV in his future.

Now THAT'S dedication! Yes, after that, you may as well get him a real hat. Heck, even a Dorfman would be perfect for him at this point. They're inexpensive, can get abused, and he likely won't even know or care about SA at this point in life.

I like that metallic brim! It's easy for a man to be proud of his hat!
