Arrived about 30 minutes ago. Man this jacket is thin, love the dark brown color. Wested managed to clear my laundry list with no missing details. I wonder if the new label without the British craftsmen is used because they put the same label on all jackets, including those made in India? Pics following later today.
Yup, they used up all the old labels and when they made the new batch it was done in mind that they would need to use it in the foreign made jackets too.

Is there anybody who just plain never got their orders from Wested?
Looking back through my account, I paid for the jacket, shirt, and pants combo on the 12th of May. A while later I emailed to ask for a status and Peter told me they were closed for Easter and they'd be sending it out the following Tuesday. After a couple more weeks of waiting, I sent another email asking for an update and Gemma asked me for my order number. My Paypal receipt doesn't have an order number on it and I'm not getting answers from her anymore.
Is this normal for these folks?
I'm beyond the window for filing a claim through Paypal, so does anyone have advice on what else I can do?
After nearly three months of waiting, emailing, and waiting some more, my jacket finally arrived yesterday. I still can't explain what went wrong with their order tracking system, but when the jacket, shirt, and pants finally arrived I was perfectly happy with them.
Glad to hear you finally received your stuff. I'd maybe give them a call and see what happened with everything. Good to know you are happy with it too. It's been a month since I ordered my jacket from them, nothing yet saying its done, last week she said it should be about a week more then shipped.
Well, I have heard that things were a litle hectic over at Wested because of the Wolverine jacket thing, so that might explain the wait times at the moment.
I need to order an indy LC from wested...either in novapelle or washed goat. I reckon if I order by June....I can get it in time for Halloween...hopefully

I've read and read, decided to take the plunge and ordered a Wested Raiders (goat), OTR in a 42R. Placed order Thursday night Western Australia time (after a quick call to Gemma). Jacket arrived Monday afternoon (unbelievable ). That is 4 days including the weekend!!!
I must say that the jacket fits perfectly everywhere and I cannot fault the workmanship (or anything about the jacket). It evens smells nice (no fish here Holt!!)
