That begs the question, then, has everyone here who was waiting for a refund received theirs?

I finally received the second half my refund the other day.
It was just under a year since I placed my order. How exhausting.
Lesson learned.
Best Regards,

The last I remember it was me, Jonesing and Lurch who had not gotten a refund, and looks like we all got our refunds now within the last week including today. If there is anyone out there that has not received a refund speak up now or forever hold your peace. Looks like bink wants to lock this one down and send it into the abyss. I personally agree. Thank you for your sentiments Croft, Chachap. Thank you for your hard work bink , I wish that it did not come down to that decision, but ultimately it was going no where and I understand why the decision was made.Indiana_Jonesing wrote:I finally received the second half my refund the other day.

I am just glad this is over with and I got my refund and definately learned my lesson here. I am not buying a product from a COW member that is not a vendor, unless I see some evidence that what is made and made right, and I actually see four a five photos of my item, and my item in a shipping bag or box, then I want a photo at the local UPS, FedEx, or another shipping company of my item being shipped out. Then you might see my money.

Yep, I'd like to close the chapter on this one. I'll keep it open for a few more days and then we'll go ahead and shut this thread down. And thank you all for your patience on this matter. It may not always seem so, but we do keep an eye on such matters and much thought and deliberation goes into such actions.

I second that, thank you Bink and any and all who worked on this behind the scenes.
I think we all learned a valueable lesson.

No. I e-mailed him once, with no reply.binkmeisterRick wrote:That begs the question, then, has everyone here who was waiting for a refund received theirs?

By the sound of it, those who have received their refunds pestered him continually, some even going to extremes in order to get their refunds. Perhaps some folks here can give you some suggestions?

Kind of ironic that he goes by "King Nothing" isn't it?

One e-mail on this guy and he can just ignore you. I would say e-mail him again, and then call the number on the website, 1 888 PROP 505 or 1 888 776 7505. I think that is what got through to him, I did wait a long time though, and I am sure you have too to get a refund, but you need to be persistent. I would try an e-mail and a phone call at the same time, see what happens. Then if a few days pass by with no reply, I would then call PayPal then. They will probably tell you the same thing they did to me. They can't get your money back, but they can send an official PayPal e-mail to him and monitor his account. They are monitoring his account is what I was told, I am not sure if they are still doing that. Well, it's time to close the book on this one. For anyone still waiting for a refund, there are some good suggestions here as to what actions you might take. Feel free to PM each other offline if you need to discuss this further.
