Terry Jacka KOTCS 10' Bullwhip

Post by ProfessorHenryWJonesJr »

Greetings, everyone. After about five months, my new Terry Jacka KOTCS 10' Bullwhip arrived a couple of weeks ago. Due to the weather conditions, and my professional and personal schedule, practicing with the bullwhip was not an available option. But, today the conditions were somewhat ideal, except for my "questionable" next door neighbors being at home, so I tried a couple of cracks with the bullwhip.

Needless to say, in agreement with others who also have this bullwhip, it is a different "beast" compared to my David Morgan and Joe Strain bullwhips. For me, not that I am expert by any means, "controlling" this bullwhip will take some time.

I apologize for the less than quality picture.

Thank you, everyone.

Kyle, I hope your eye is healing well and quickly. Because of your incident, though I should done so on a regular basis, I am wearing safety goggles, among other safety attire, when I practice. As for Mr. Jacka's "signature" knot, I just preferred the plain style.

"Gaucho", to answer your question, the price came out to around 895.00 Australian Dollars ($621.06 USD) which included shipping.

Shane and "Indiana County Jr." to be more detailed with the wait time, I ordered the bullwhip in early October, 2008 and received the bullwhip late February, 2009. So about five months. And, YES, it was worth the wait. But, I feel your "pain".

:D Shane, as soon as the weather cooperates, time will be made to break in the Jacka.

But, I hope as soon as your Jacka arrives, you will be kind enough to demonstrate your extensive whip cracking knowledge :notworthy: , especially what you have learned from Mr. Delongis, in video form.

I'm glad you like it; I know love mine, so much so that I ordered another 8ft version  . Looking forward to hearing your thoughts on it after you had a chance to throw it a bit.

Your compliment is quite generous!! =; Thank you very much! I'll do my best to get a video made after I get the Jacka. Of course it'll still be pretty stiff, and I'm sure you've realized the 10 footers are pretty tough to handle. But I'm interesting in seeing what they can do, and what I can do with it in particular. I'll definitely be making another video in the future though! They're just too much fun!

:whip: Be safe and crack in good health!
