First Cracks of the Season - new skills and new whip!

Post by Chewbacca Jones »

Well, I finally squeezed in a cracking session today. It was cold, but dry. :whip:

I was trying to break in my Joe Strain, and I really felt it. That thing is heavy, even at 8'. Switching off with my cowhide IAOB, it was really noticeable. Interesting thing I noticed with cracking. I did better Streets of Cairo cracking with the IAOB, but the standard "lion tamer" and overhead were easier with the Strain. :-k

Anyhow, I'm also proud to say that I can crack two whips at the same time! \:D/ I predict many a sweaty summer evening this year. :Dietrich:

Congrats on 2 fine whips and the weather finally breaking.
Weather is the reason I left the Commonwealth of Kaintuck for the swamps of South Flordee. :)
