How long does it take for a wested

Post by indyfan1234 »

How long does it take for a custom crystal skull jacket to get to California also how is the quality on the naviple leather (I think I spelled it wrong) that's the closest to the skull jacket right? And how should I get it to be more screen acutate like the type of rings and slider things and I think there is something called assusts or something like that

Novapella is the closest to CS.

Indyfan, you need to know your size. Your chest measurement, your arm length from the top of your arm at the shoulder to where you want it to end at your hand.
The length of the jacket at the back will depend on how tall you are, how long your torso is, etc.

Tell them these things, and your waist measurement, height, etc.

it's impossible to tell you what you need for size if your measurements aren't known

oh really.

then explain this...

on the chart it tells you that the shoulder on a 44 wested is 6.85'' in real life it is 7.5''

and the sleeves on the chart is 25.25'' in real life they are 25.75''

it is not an answer.they have not an acurrate sizing chart and it can be really misleading!

IMO wetsed sizing chart should be updated a long time ago.

for a custom fit give them your body specs. then say I want a regular fit for a looser jacket. or say i want a 80's cut jacket which is a slimmer jacket. depends on what YOU want in a jacket.

thats all.

remember to ad one extra inch in sleeve length. the sleeves will bunch up over time and they can end up looking to short over time...

good luck.

yes. CS is regular fit.

if you are going for that jacket then you must have regular fit. CS was NOT a trim snug fit jacket.

true i was more talking about size because the size changed like at the cematary it was longer but in the whole junge scene and akator scenes it seemed just right so im going to try and analiyze those scenes and see where the lengths end and do the same for mine

Indyfan this might help you.

Look at the chart HERE

The sizes shown are Harrison Fords sizes for the CS jacket. If you know your own measurements you can 'plug them in' perhaps.

You are probably safe to ask for a 40. They'll add the amount needed for 'room'

They are added leather under the arm. The CS jacket doesn't have them.

ive read that there are four inch of room if you get your size from wested so im thinking a 40 might actually be too big and cause the jacket to slope down and be longer

thx for everyones help im gonna go for
back=26.5
shoulder=6.85 or 7
sleeve=24.5
chest=40 but im a 38 figured it would be fine as long as there isnt so much extra room that it will cause the length to look longer

Does that sleeve length give you enough? It's easier to shorten later than to lengthen
