Delivery from Todd's to the UK - possible problem

Post by Marv »

Question directed to UK chaps regarding delivery from TODD's via USPS to the UK.....I have checked my tracking number on the USPS website and it says that an attempted delivery was made today (Friday) but nothing has turned up.
The wife was in at the time stated but not even a calling/pick up card was left by the delivery chap she said that no delivery was made.
Had a look on the USPS website for help or a UK contact number but nothing so I don't know what to do - the website says that unclaimed packages are sent back to the sender.

I have checked my sales invoice and the delivery address is correct so what know, will they attempt to deliver again ????

Any helps guys if the above has happened to you.....

Almost sounds like it was an attempted delivery to the wrong address, try contacting your local Parcelforce depot to see if they have the package as they handle international packages this end.

Unfortunately there were additional custom charges of £20 but then I wouldn't have expected less living in rip-off Britain :D

Only £20? Including VAT and 'brokerage' etc etc?

You got off lightly!
