Ordering from Wested via email
Anyone have any luck with this method recently?
I can't fit all my special requests into the limited space on the Wested site form, so I emailed Gemma about three days ago but haven't heard back. Perhaps I should just call...

Wested mail system it's terrible...
Your language is english, so I think it's better for you to call and speak with them directly.
Unfortunately I don't speak (and write) english very well, so I was obliged to order my special specs LC jacket by mail...with MANY mails...WITH TOO MANY MAILS...
Not all e-mail works with Wested and their terrible spam filter: for example, I have one GMail and one Alice email address...the GMail one never seem to work with Wested. But with the Alice one Gemma always reply to me...

You must have had a really long list because the comments section does expand to hold more info than just the small box you see. It did for me and I didn't have a long list.Clutters wrote:Anyone have any luck with this method recently?

I would say be sure of what you put in that section of the order because it is what will be used, even if you make changes later. That's my experience anyway, yours may be different.

Some e-mail services doesn't work due to the terrible Wested spam-filter.IndyAl wrote:Anybody has contacted with Gemma from last week and has received reply? I continue waiting since Tuesday.
Thanks.
I've wrote to Gemma two days ago and she answered me within few hours.
If you can, send her an e-mail with a different service (ex. my GMail service doesn't work but my Alice one yes). ;-)
