Uniform shops, like Police, fire, etc. I've seen a lot of bus drivers wearing them too.

i have seen them referred to as paratrooper watch bands specifically
though i have never seen tan.
sorry
they are a dime a dozen and could be taken apart to make a template with little guilt.

Wow....I actually dig that watch cover from WPG. It's also a much better price plus shipping than those coming out of Australia. If I had a watch for it, I would pick one up.
