Probably won't be buying one for a couple months but I like talking about it and know as much as I can so here goes.
I have some questions about Todd's standard.
Does it make for a good summer jacket? Like temperature wise it won't overheat me?
I was at the mall in one of those generic leather stores where the clerk hounds you to death to buy one so you can't even shop, but I saw a jacket that was sooooo thin and floppy I thought "wow this can't be good quality".. it looked like a leather t-shirt. But I actually kind of liked it. I liked the thinness. Is Todd's like that?
Is it fashionable too?
I'm getting a goat A-2 right now so i don't really want to get another jacket unless I can use it for something different
Oh and also if I end up having to order XL, and being only 5'7" can I do anything about the sleeves being too long?
Does it feel like real lambskin... nice, smooth, buttery soft?

Seems like people have been doing something (wetting it?) to get them to scrunch up. I still think I'll need mine taken thoughhocfutue wrote:It's definitely good for a summer jacket. I wouldn't call it a "leather t-shirt", but it's thin and works well for me. I overheat easily.
As for an XL on a 5'7", yeah, you will need to push your sleeves up!
Todd's standard is probably the thinnest of all Indy jackets out there. It's almost an ideal spring/summer jacket. It's very light....I can easily fit this jacket in a small backpack or briefcase. As you probably know by now, it's also one of the most SA Raiders jackets out there. It's also the cheapest Indy jacket on the market. My only knock against it is the durability......I've only had mine for a few months and the stitching is already coming apart at the front pockets, sleeves, and the shoulder areas. For this reason, I wouldn't recommend this jacket for everyday use. BTW, I'm 5'9" (44 chest) and the XL fits me perfectly.
