New guy saying hello - with pics (i hope)...
Hi Everybody
I'm new here. I just thought I'd introduce myself in a more proper way. I've been posting on different topics around the forum, just to get acquainted with the place - sort of getting used to the climate. You all seem like a lovely bunch, and I really like the tone you've established here.
I just thought the best way to introduce myself was by posting a pic of me in my present gear. So, here goes:
The hat is a "The Henry" from Adventurebilt - I've just bashed it lightly, but I think is has the right looks for now.
The jacket is a wested, raiders style in horsehide (size 40 regular)
Shirt and pants is also from wested.
The bag (which is not visible in this picture - sorry) is an original issue MKVII and the strap is from Todd's
It all needs a good "rolling in the sand", but I only got the hat tuesday and it's getting a little cold here in Denmark, so the jacket is not getting used as much as I would like.
Well, thats all for now.
All the best
Emiliussen
PS: That's a Wilson Football behind my head, not the hat - the hat looks quite normal

And I love it already!!Indiana MarkVII wrote:Welcome to the madness of costuming. Screen accurate and functional Indy gear is no less expensive than getting a custom made costume for other movie characters. Many folk end up with multiple hats, jackets, shirts and pants. You have now surrendered your wallet to Indy gear pursuits.

Thank you - all of you... I feel very welcom(ed) I'm sure I'll fit just right in.
How cold you ask, well, yesterday we had snow - wasn't for long but it was there. It's just about freezing in the daytime and well below at night. Yeah, HH is quite warm, and I've started to use a muffler which helps a bit... I guess it all comes down to the layering - the number of shirts you have underneath your jacket.
Thanks again for your warm ( ) reception.
