I just opened my bag of ribbon from Todd's Costumes. It is Dark Brown in color. Is it the same ribbon type as Herbert Johnson and Adventurebuilt uses? Or is it a 'close enough'

And you're wrong on one count about the ribbon - Herbert Johnson doesn't use it anymore. The original ribbon is only available on 5 hats:
1. Adventurebilt
2. Adventurebilt Deluxe
3. The "Henry" Adventurebilt factory-made hat
4. The Magnoli Herbert Johnson (handmade by Adventurebilt)
5. Penman hats -M
