Hey COW gang, just thought I'd give a friendly heads up:
I was getting some odds and ends today and happened to pop in to a Ross (sort of a clothing house stuff liquidation store for those who aren't familiar with it) and was looking at the shoes and to my surprise they had Rockport Farnum boots, marked $34.99. Unfortunately they did not have any in my size so I didn't get them. However, if you wanted some cheap close-enough boots you might try checking it out. They had them in the dark tan and black.
Rockport Farnum's, Cheap.

BTW, if any of you are boaters out there, I just wore a pair of these today (yeah, I bought some for myself even though they're a half-size big) while fishing, and the soles are non-marking, i.e., they don't leave scuff marks on your deck. They kept my feet dry but not very warm as they're not insulated. I'll need thicker socks next time.
