I noticed on Wested's site that Peter has used real mark VII's for a reasoanble price... His new price is not fantastic, but if you got it with other stuff to ease the shipping cost, I think it would be reasonable... I paid $50.00 for mine (unissued) so that seems to be the going rate...Magno wrote:Yeah, I'm definitely getitng one of those to put in my bag, once I actually get the frikking thing.
Thanks for the link! Cool stuff.

I carry a Moleskine in my MKVII as well. The pocket size is a PERFECT fit in one of the back inside pockets. It is as if it were made especially for the journal.Restless Dreamer wrote:I actually carry with me a Moleskine. very useful and stylish ;-) If you like writing travel journals, it's the real deal

You can start on this site -Indiana MarkVII wrote:and where can one find such a moleskin journal?

But if you look carefully you can find some really good deals on Ebay. I never pay more than $10 including shipping for mine. Most places sell the pocketsize for $10-12 each. There are many varieties so be sure of what you are ordering. The hardbound pocketsize squared is my personal favorite.
Just for fun do a search on COW for moleskine. Yes, that is the correct spelling, with the 'e' on the end.
