Hand warmers on a movie jacket?

Its not the most amazing topic, but does anyone find it weird that someone went through the effort to place hand warmers in the Indy jacket? Personally i love having them there; especially with the English weather.

I just made a thread about this too
but he did have side-entry handwarmer pockets in the movie
they were behind the cargo pockets
