Wested Linings?
On anticipation of ordering Peter's TOD jacket (cannot wait, cannot wait, cannot wait) I checked the Wested Indyjacket.com ordering page and they offer a selection of various Indy jacket linings which include cotton, satin sleeves, Silesia, and satin. Which lining is more SA and do people have pics of each? What about comfortability?

The proto has a thin nylon/acetate lining mirroring the original. I believe he will offer this as the default lining for this jacket.
Heck, if I find I don't like that I'll get it changed to cotton... How's that for SA! .

Wore it for about 25 minutes with a Noel Howard shirt. Really never really noticed any difference. Nothing much to report, not particularly hot, doesn't appear to cling. Looks very much like the real lining.Piers wrote:but didn't you already try it on? how did it feel? did your shirt sleeves slide in or bunch up?Kt Templar wrote:The proto has a thin nylon/acetate lining mirroring the original.
