Please help me with my Fed IV when it comes.

At $72 US it's a steal..

anyway I measured my head today, two days after getting a fresh hair cut (a number 2 on the sides/back so pretty short) and I measure around exactly a 59 with my measuring tape. But I usually let my hair grow for 8-12 weeks so it gets pretty thick... and I kinda have a fat head... but I do plan on losing weight. I don't like it when hats get tight and shrink though.

So what the heck size should I order?

EDIT: Just ordered it..

So, how can I get it to be shaped just like in the Last Crusade? How do I get it so the front end hangs down a bit?

What about shrinkage and they said it comes a 1/2 size small?
I think a shrunken (true) size 58.5 would be too small

The US Dollar is worth something!!
I ordered a Fed yesterday, and it was $84 and some change on the site -just checked, and it's showing $76.00!!!

The last one I ordered cost me over a hundred bucks, just a month or so ago.

Oh- if you measure 59 cm's, you probably need a 60 -these run .5 cm small and the sweat will shrink up a bit. I'm a 56.5 and a 57 fits me just right after a couple of days of wearing it.

Yeah I contacted them and they said the same thing so I'll get a 60. If I ever order a perfect/screen acc. I'll go with 58 and I think it MIGHT still fit but it'd be more of a collectable anyway.

So yeah a few months ago it was $105!! I checked a week ago and it was like $85 and last night it was $72 now it's $76 I'm taking it anyway

Wait a minute. I thought the Akubras were slightly oversized. My head measures 59, and I ordered a 59 based on that. Are you guys saying I'm going to have to exchange it for a larger size when I get it?

My head measures 57 cm, so I ordered a 57 and it's perfect.

I can't tell you that. But the way they make it sound is that a 59 would really be a 58.5
