Okay, here's an update. Not much, but it's something.
I have another pressure pot incoming (paid for it middle last week) so I should be able to speed up production time by running both pots at the same time. This will ideally cut me down to about 40 minutes for both a grip and barrel casting (saving appx. 25 minutes).
Then I just need to get back in the swing of things.
I apologise to everyone who is interested in the guns. Just been a hectic time both at home and at work (unusually busy at work this summer).
We'll get back in the swing pertty quick here. Sorry again for the delays!

May have missed the window.
Hey Rook,
I know I most likely have missed the 50 window, but if anyone backs out of one of the slots, please let me know, as your work looks great, and I'd love to get one.
Thanks,
Maboot

Rook, I know I inquired once before, but you really need to consider doing a Stembridge revolver. There'd definitely be people interested for a replica as high of quality as yours. I'd just like to have something more exciting than a resin one. Something that looks better, and has a little weight.

Just a heads up.
I'm casting about 2 grip/barrel sections in an hour and a quarter, about twice as fast as when I was running just a single pressure pot.
I had 2 partial guns in the raw from before, and now I'm up to 5 with one in the pots as we speak.
If I can devote more time to it this week we should be well on our (collective) way.
Thus ends the update.
This update was brought to you by the letters I and J, and the number 4.

The run is currently capped at 50 people (because if I kept adding names I'd NEVER finish. ).
When the current run is complete, assuming I don't have another project come up, I'll get the moulds remastered and there will be more guns.
Thanks for the interest!
And... An update: As of last week I'm up to 10 raw kits. Been busy with work/family/family work this week so I haven't gotten any more done.
I'm hoping to get a few more out of the pots this weekend.

Lantz wants one!
Hello Rook,
I want one of these for sure! Please put me on your next list (if there is one) for either a finished one or a kit if that speeds things up. I do auto restoration and am pretty good at detailing. Thanks
I'm in WA state.

Okay, slot 14 is still open. If you are ALREADY on the 50 list and would like to be bumped from your higher number to the 14 slot, let me know.
Post in this thread as my PM box is full already.
People in the sub #27 positions get first dibs, then it will go to those higher on the list if nobody in the lower section wants to move down. Or is that up?
Thanks,
Russ
