Anybody have any screenshots of the train hat?

Post by Mulceber »

I've been searching the internet, but as much as I've tried, I haven't been able to find any pictures of the hat Harry wore in the train scene in KCS. Has anybody found any pictures of it? :? -M

Ps. I'm loving these new smilies! :)

Here are some more...

This is the one who makes me doubt the real colour of the hat...
(of course has to do with the light, and lack fof it...)

In all the other pics seems lighter...

Nice! With so many to choose from, I'm surprised I wasn't able to find any on the net. -M

Ps. in that first pic Odo posted, the one with Indy and Mutt in the soda joint, what's that in Mutt's hat? It looks like a photograph...

In the movie, that shoot started with Mutt showing Indy a picture of Ox and him. In about 2 weeks, when the DVD turns out, you'll check this, and have more hat images...

I'm in the middle of an interesting little set of circumstances that prevents me from knowing WHICH color I'll be wearing first, brown or grey:

I ordered my Magnoli HJ back on July 2nd (not impatient... contentedly waiting...) and I mailed a Money Order for a Penman Hat Co. Grey Clipper back on September 8th...
Which one will get to me first? You're guess is as good as mine... but MAN, am I squirming here a the finish-line for this little "race".

My first post...

Although file size is 541kb, it's not really hi res. In any event, it can be found at http://www.hfm2.com/photopost1/showphoto.php/photo/8198

Download the zip file (2.5Mb) by clicking on the magazine cover you're seeking. The zip file also contains the article from the magazine.

To think, I've got one of these coming made with one of the bodies that Steve had left from the movie batch  I can't wait to get it...

Steve, I know that it is many more moons, but I know it will be worth the wait. :?

Brown then Grey, But Dark or Light?

I got a brown first (a Keppler) because I wanted something to wear with the (upcoming) jacket. However, I frequently in the winter use a long grey overcoat and thought the carbon grey would be nice - a bit more upscale. It all depends on what the occasion is. Don't know how the grey would look with the brown jacket. And if I get a Moon Grey I'll have to get a grey suit. Hmm, better check my wallet.
