Hey COW'ers!
I was wondering... AB's are Handmade... Fed's are "Machine made"... So I saw in here the process of a handmade hat:

a forum member here was writing a couple of articles (with pictures) on the feroda chronicles website about his trip to the factory where camptown hats are made, i don't know if he ever finished writing them but they might be of some interest to you if he did. i think it was webhead.
