Adam suggested i work on the changing planes variation of the Sydney flash...
its a bit harder than it looks.
I admit, the attempts seen here are not my best, but everytime i turned the camera on, i did worse...
guess ill just have to work on it...

Thank bud! I appreciate the comments.... funny that you say its planned out.... i must be getting good and ILLUSIONS because it certainly was NOT planned at all beyond the sydney flash, the rest was improv...WhipDude wrote:Good job Shagbd! I think this is one of your best videos yet. Nice and planned out.
Where do you live? Because from the background you have LOTS of nice open space which is great for bigger louder whips!
i live in an apartment that overlooks that gorgeous huge lake behind us.
down by the shoreline there is alot of nice flat grassy area. Actually just last week , we had some heavy rain and that area im standing on was several inches under water.... so its symtomatic as to WHEN i can crack outside..... usually just go to the karate school....
Funny you mention that.... I made that video this morning, and that was the first time ive ever tried the changing planes variation of the sydney flash and i was using a 6 footer....Magno wrote:Very good, this is something I would like to try, but all my whips are longer in length so it could prove to be pretty difficult.
At the karate school tonight after class, i worked on it some more and i think i "nailed" it... i can now do it alot better than in that video... not to brag... just saying, im more consistent.
so once i got it wiht my 6 footers, i pulled out the 9 footers and .... eh..... I just couldnt get it to work...... maybe with practice, but i think this is really one of those routines meant to be done rather fast....
