Finally decided....

Post by IndianaBogart »

After much time, research, and frustration, I have FINALLY decided to go with the Moonstone Fed IV over the Carbon Grey. I had been trying for a couple of weeks to figure out which was a better clipper hat, and the other day, after PMing Michaelson, I decided to go with the Moonstone, which, according to our very own 'knower of things' is a "dead ringer for the clipper hat". So, thank you Michaelson for putting an end to my confusion and worrying. I can't wait to get my hat now....
Only problem is that it's gonna be a Christmas present so I've still got a few months. :( But oh well. That's life.

I agree. Next question: are you going w/ the standard or deluxe?

Standard. Unless the price of the Deluxe drops. [-o< I'm really liking the way the exchanges rates are going right now. :D The Regular is under $100!

If I'm not mistaken, the fed iv regular always had moonstone, and the deluxe moonstone is a recent edtion. I could very well be wrong, but either way, boththe regular and deluxe come in moonstone :)
