How to pay a custom Wested by Paypal?

Post by Indiana Strones »

I noticed that the Paypal option is not available in the custom order form. Anyone has used this way of payment to pay a custom, and, if yes, how? Thanks.

It's funny, not long ago Gemma cancelled my custom order twice because of a credit card problem (on their end) too bad she didn't think to suggest Paypal. I didn't realize we could have gone that route at the time. Instead I immediately ordered a more expensive custom Todds with the same credit card, no probs..

You can pay OTR and ebay Wested jackets by Paypal, but not the custom! And you can't complete a custom order if you don't select a payment (I think) More: the custom order page is not a secure https page, so you can't type your credit card number in a safe way. :(

Drop them a line. I'm sure it's as simple as them sending you a paypal invoice or you sending to wested@wested.com (or something like that! Don't quote me on that.) IIRC.

Strones, I ordered a custom CS Novapelle on the 15th of august. I asked them how I could pay with Paypal and they told me to include a message in the box for extra specs that I wanted to pay with Paypal. I did just that and I got an E-mail with the total amount and their Paypal account. I paid and got my confirmation the next day. As simple as that.

Just a shame they do not have it listed as an option on their custom site.

Glad to help.

only thing is, I shouldn't post that late when I'm tired: it was an LC novapelle I ordered

Geert is right! I simply asked Gemma if I could pay with Paypal and it was no problem. That was in december 2007.
