Todd's shirts on their way (At least mine is)
Howdy All,
Just received an e-mail from Todd's that my size large shirt was on its way. I had earlier checked their web site for any updates concerning same. They had taken down the notice that the shirts were being held for Customs inspection, and have also removed "backordered" from all of the sizes in the drop down menu. That should mean everybody who had a shirt on order will get theirs soon.
Andy

I got mine today. A large. I'm happy with the fit and feel so far. The small through large have a tapered fit in the body. It fits well, but if it shrinks up much it might be to close of a fit. Cold water washes and drip drys only for this baby. It also has the much discussed pen pocket.
If it wears well, I may order a couple more in large or XL.
Cheers,
Andy

ordered mine too
Mine shipped this past Monday and won't be here till next Tuesday. Thank goodness I lost weight or I wouldn't be able to fit into a large. I'll do some comparison shots of the shirt when I get it.
Thanks for relieving my worries about the pen slot. I'm glad it now comes with it.

It's been a week and still no shipping info on my shirt.
I e-mailed Todd and asked if there was a problem.
The answer i got was a short "There's no problem". No further information.
I wonder why some people get their shirts shipped out the same day or the day after they order and I'm a week out and nothing?

Received my shirt today (along with a bag and deluxe strap, a couple of web belts and a pair of Todd's own gloves). I'm impressed by the quality of the shirt but noticed a couple of dirty marks near the top of the shirt above the second button hole which look quite imbedded. Hopefully, they'll wash out and the good news is that they may be hidden by the natural fold of the shirt.
Well, my order for a XL jacket and one of those "undersized" bags with leather strap showed up. Only it had a XL SHIRT instead of jacket!! I noticed that the included invoice, which was correct with what I ordered, mentions a ship date of 9/11. So did I get a totally incorrect order or do they THINK they sent me the correct stuff, but someone doesn't know the difference between jacket and shirt? So now I gotta call and hopefully sort things out.
Couldn't resist trying on the shirt (sorry if it ends up going to any of you guys, I did wear a t-shirt underneath . The XL fits the way I like my button up shirts to fit, loosely. definitely not snug enough or a proper Indy look. If I somehow end up keeping the shirt, I'll wash it to try to shrink it.
Anyway, I am 5'9.5", 169# if that helps. Fairly broad shouldered and short armed, so the shirt fits fine at the shoulder, is a wee bit long at the wrist, and is loose across the chest. Excellent construction though it looks more yellow than I would have supposed.
The bag is excellent, seems to be solidly stitched. If it is "undersized" I can't tell, seems about as large as I would want, lest it become overstuffed and too heavy.

Hope everything works out, jason10mm!
My shirt's just had its second visit to the washing machine in an attempt to shift the black fingerprint-like marks on the front. Mrs. Connoisseur's been busy trying to shift the marks - they're not as bad as they were but it's not good.
Have spoken to Todd and he's arranging a replacement. Excellent service!
The other kit's excellent. Have already used my (undersized) bag on a short expedition. Great for my camera, sat-nav, etc. The deluxe strap is wonderful and is colour-tight.

Hear anything on shipping of your exchange Williams? I'm in the same boat thus far.Indiana Williams wrote:I originally had a couple smalls but I realized I should have sized up. so I sent the shirts back to todd and he said he exchange them for me. I got my receipt but not the shipping notice yet. hopefully my mediums will get posted before they get sold out.
::EDIT::
The little voice in my head told me to check my email as I was typing.. sure enough, I got the Quantum View notice that it's shipped!

I wish I could chime in on the shirt however I still have not recieved shipping notice for my shirt which I ordered two weeks ago. I have been trying to email todd through his site but have been unsuccessful. I have just sent an email through the automated message I was sent from his site on the 25th of August. Has anyone else had a difficult time contacting Todd?
