Found! Best Indy jacket ever!

Post by Raider S »

Go to your favorite online auction site and do a search for INDIANA JONES Raiders of the Lost Ark Style Jacket Sz L.

Without question this is the best jacket ever. Check out the buckles on the straps - this is how it should look.

BTW if you do the same search you'll see a couple of Wested jackets being sold by Aero.

Not going into the why's or wherefor's but... very nice pictures of custom UK made jackets.

Hideous. Honesty, I don't really see a problem with posting the link. Nobody in their right mind should bid on it, and if anyone here was actually thinking of it, they should be shamed into not doing it.

Considering folks have been able to find the link just fine with the above hints, there's no need to.

Isn't that a Tickle Me Indy limited jacket? You pull the buckles and the jacket dances.

Maybe it's the updated Indy 5 Jacket that our favorite hero will wear during the 1960's. Eventually he will meet a young Austin Powers while he and Marion are on a belated honeymoon with Mutt in tow. Oh Behave!

"80's vintage items are good, but why don't you have a brand new one?"

that should be added as a subtitle to the listing!

ha, wow, bad jacket all around, who would buy it for any look? I think the buckles were stolen off employees belts as they entered for work that day.

"We can make to fit any size!!!"

haven't you heard? Lucas has already commissioned them to make the jacket for Indy V complete with the patch leather size extensions!

Sorry I'm late...
I've read the thread, seen the jacket and to the best of my understanding, the word you seek should be one of the following:

Appendicitis
Armageddon
Arbuse
Armadillo
Epidelaxia
Encefalitis

HTH!

Good to see you guys haven't changed either... this from a most bradworthy fellow who nowadays knows his way around the stickiness that is halcro.

VP's in the army, a soon-to-be NCO - making boys out of... other boys.

Swindy - it's been way too long. A micro-summit soon, perhaps?

I have seen many strange things in my life so far. In terms of Indy Gear that has to be the strangest thing I have ever seen. This only goes to show the lengths people will go to make a quick buck.

It's a must, as we say in Christmas. :)

I'm doing work at the neurologist of USÖ for 15 weeks starting September 1st, but any weekend would do. :D

I mean. We have to!

Let's check our calendars!

Swindiana
