It looks great, Holt. I'm trying to do the same to my Fed IV. Can you post views from some other angles?

That looks excellent Holt. A tweaking in progress!
The shadows really emphasise the depth of your front dents.
My Fed Deluxe was dispatched last Friday
and I am itching to get it in my hot hands. Still haven't decided how I will bash it - I am drawn in many different directions!
Cheers

It's pictures like this that make me WANT a Raiders hat! Soon. Very soon, now. Good job on
that fed, Holt! As DanielJones said, the shadows really show off the bash to it's best.

This is the one that's going to be your travel around fedora, right?
Do I recall correctly? One of them is being trained as the go everywhere hat?
thanks AC...yes this is the travel fedora.its a sturdy and stiffer hat..so think this one can take more weather abuse...
I think I will get a new hat for my display soon...but no soaking
ohh...BTW PM sent

I just use lots of tight clothes pinches on it to make the creases sit that tight.
I let them stay on for 5 nigths.just so the felt gets really used to sit that tight in over a longer period...when I take them of the pinch and creases stay in that way.

Holt could you describe exactly where you stuck the clothes pins?

That's a very slick looking SOC Federation. Nice job! I am kinda curious, though, how tall is that front pinch?
