Nylon falls
What do you use for falls in nylon whips? I use one bit of paracord with the core but I've seen paracord with removed core and twisted falls. They are recommended for heavy whips? How do you do them?

Tomek9210,
I've been building kangaroo whips for over 15 years, but nylon for only a few months. So I'm no expert at all on nylon, but here's what worked for me...
I've tried two things - a twisted fall and a "doubled" fall.
The twisted fall is two lengths of nylon (cores removed), twisted individually and then twisted around each other.
But so far my favorite is the "doubled" fall. I take twice the length of the fall I want and remove the core. Put one end in a lacing needle and put it inside itself around the halfway point and run it completely through. This also creates the loop needed to attached the fall to the end of the thong...
It creates a heavier but still flexible fall.
Just try different things, experiment, and see what works best!
