I picked up some Red Wing 202s today

... for a total of $135.99 at Bell's in Burlington, NC. Pretty nice for a "close enough" Indy boot.

They even give you a small .75oz container of Pecard's with your purchase... how neat is that?

Do the pants cover the black padded collar? Otherwise they're nice boots.

They sure do sound like a good work boot. Are they as RED as in the photos?

They may be... but I like them anyway. The camera makes them look more red than they are I think, especially in bright light. In natual indoor light, they look more brown. When they get worn in and distressed, I'm sure they'll look great.
