Wait time for Strain's 10 ft. Indy Whip?

Post by rbinko2001 »

For those of you who have recently ordered and received a Strain 10 ft. Indy whip, or any size whip for that matter, what was the wait time from placing the order to getting the package at your door?

Thanks

2 1/2 months is pretty fast. My wife is getting me a 10ft. Indy whip for Christmas and I wanted to know when she should place the order. Thanks for the info.

It doesn't feel fast when you're waiting for it. :)

Joe says 8 weeks on his site, but I'm sure the Indy 4 rush hit him hard.

I know what you mean about waiting. Ive been waiting for my Aldens since I ordered them on May 23rd. I still have another 3-5 weeks to go.

It makes me yearn for the "old days" when I could order from Joe and receive my whip within a couple of weeks, if not sooner.

But, a whip from Joe Strain is well worth the wait. And, anticipation only heightens the pleasure of the moment of "unveiling" your new whip.

From what I have seen, the pressure of increased demand has in no way
caused Joe to compromise his very high standards of workmanship and artistry. He continues to do amazing work.
