Whip Fooey!

I havent posted a video in a few weeks... been busy...

This is one i made a few weeks ago, i thought it was corny at the time, so dont laugh too hard.

i was experimenting with making dummy targets representing multiple opponents with multiple weapons...

the "dummy" in the middle has two swords... i dont know if you can tell... and the dummy on the right has a stick thing that was propped up..

again.... try not to laugh too hard...

Edit: i just wanted to add something...... when i filmed this, i spent several hours filming ALOT more material.... i started increasing the dummies.... i eventually got up to six dummies.....
then i just stopped and realized how stupid what i was doing was....
theres no WAY 6 folks would stand there that long....... even this video is not FULL speed and alot of the stuff is telegraphed.... opponents would move around etc...
i guess the point is, it just goes to show that a whip in a fight is HOLLYWOOD!

2nd Edit: I dont take myself too seriously.... I have been into martial arts over half my life.. i have 2 3rd degree blackbelts and i STILL do no consider myself a "Master" of anything.... no offense to those who choose to use the term, but you wont find me using it...I am a student and always WILL be a student till the day i return to dirt....... this is just for fun..... so i hope this is as fun to watch as it was to make! One problem is with dummy , It don't move :evil: so three or more is good idea :!:

I watched your video and my 4 year old daughter was sitting next to me and she loved it, she said "let's watch is again", so we watched it four times!

I second that motion!!! A whip being used with that skill would, in my humble opinion, cause an attacker to pause & retreat. Barring that he doesn't have a gun a la the SOC swordsman.

Nice video Shag! I like seeing the whip being implemented in this way, its much more unique than the cracking videos we usually see.

Is that another whip that fell off the dummy? Didn't you just get your 'Roo whip?

yes that was another whip........ its my Cowhide......
this video was made about two weeks ago, so i didnt have my Roo whip then....
in fact..... i dont have it NOW........ should be in tommorrow tho

Shagbd - have you maybe any shorter whip?if you try 4' or 5' bull you will see big diefferent
