I only have a Wested (with an Adventurebilt on the way!).

I can tell you that the Wested is a Cotton/Poly blend that does not want to wrinkle. The epaulettes are a little too wide, the buttons too big, the cuffs are rounded (they should be squared) and the color is universally regarded as too light.

I re-dyed and re-buttoned my Wested and now it's really really good. I like it alot. It fits like a finely tailored dress shirt.

From what I hear the AB is a great shirt with more accurate fabric, color, cut and buttons than the Wested. I'll post more when I get mine in a few weeks.

Good thing about Wested, it's a really well made shirt. Immaculate stitching and has a really dressy look and feel to it. Very high quality. The shipping is also very quick in most instances.

I've also heard some good things about Todd's. The $50.00 price can't be beat. I can't wait to get one of those.

In the meantime, maybe some others will chime in with their experiences.

I actually quite like the Wested colour. The material is way to thin though.

I prefer the fit of Todd's

Yup - I have a Magnoli and a Todd's, and I think I honestly prefer the Todd's!! Don't forget about that option! And it's cheaper than the ones you have listed!

I have the AB and the Wested.

I like the Wested material better because it is presentable without ironing after it's washed, the AB needs a light ironing otherwise it looks like a used banknote. So +1 to Wested for practicality and convenience.

The AB edges it on colour so +1 to AB.

I like the AB epaulettes better they are slimmer and lie better so +1 again to AB.

It is fine on both as long as you get the right size, I think the Wested run about a size bigger than the AB. Evens.

Availability:

Wested off the rack.
AB quite some wait. +1 to Wested.

So speed and availability to Wested, accuracy to AB.

I don't have a Todd, availability seems a problem, colour appears too dark to me.

I'm with McFly 100%!!!

I love my Magnoli, but it has a dressier look & feel. Todd's is more accurate and almost half the price. My Wested shirt falls in third, but I do not own an AB so I can not comment.

Cheers!

Yeah, it is IMO

It looks fine as a 'Crystal Skull warehouse scene' shirt, though.

KT templer. I like what you did with your post in comparing these items.

I don't own any and a opinion from some one who has more than one is very help full.

The only thing I can add is that I know how picky Marc kitter ( Adventurebilt) is about his products and that carries a lot of weight in my book.

I have a Wested and a Magnoli. I like my Magnoli a little more than my Wested due to a more customized fit and better overall color.

Enclosed is a good comparison link with photos:

From what I can see, the AB appears to be a ringer.

I like my Wested as I stated above, but I know it's not as close as it could be. It's a really nice shirt though. Like KT said, it doesn't really wrinkle and looks dressier than the other Indy shirts.

RobocopIndy, glad my G&B post helped you out. I think you'll really like the jacket.
