Eye of Horus cufflinks?
So I'm watching ToD the other day and saw something that I thought I'd ask you all about. Unfortunately I don't have any screen caps, but I know there's a few floating around on here. Is it just me, or do the Eye of Horus cufflinks Indy wears in Club Obi-Wan seem to have some sort of a green enamel coating or inset or some such on them? I keep seeing some green when I see shots of his wrists.
Green Eyes
Magnoli has cufflinks available -- gold plated/filled? Surely he and the other experts would know if the ones used in Temple were green. I suspect it's the lighting that creates a greenish tone that you may be seeing.

It's easier to use the search function than you think guys!

Now now, no need for the . I'm well aware of how to use the search function. I also am a patron of Indy Magnoli and know he has these cufflinks available. I wasn't trying to find where to buy them, I was trying to see if anyone else saw some green enamel coloring. To me, it's really apparent right when Indy comes in and sits down initially. I think Yarvton may have it right that I'm seeing some reflection in the cufflinks.Photoss wrote:viewtopic.php?t=16690

"cufflinks seem gold..."
As I understand from the General Gear thread mentioned, the cufflinks ARE gold. The Case remains Closed.

If everyone just used the search function, this forum would change from a discussion forum to a knowledge database. whats wrong with going over the same thing a few times?
I agree with floyd1977...
...on this issue, anyway. The point was that the cufflinks appeared to be green(ish). And the Gray Hat appeared to be -- not gray. And the jacket appeared to be Black -- to some/many people in some/several scenes. I'm interested, and even though I went to film school, I wasn't on the set, so my "opinions" are really of interest only to me. Others may know much more, and for the Knowledge I remain most grateful.
