How would I go about removing wrinkles from my hat ribbon?
After sitting on and generally abusing my beloved JPD all the wrinkles come out of the felt by buffing, but how about the ribbon, I can't get all the wrinkles out of that?

I suppose if you're really brave, you could always try unstitch the ribbon and iron it...

Or, you could start wearing it on a regular basis and allow the ribbon to relax and straighten out it's own with use....if you have the patience.
I'd suggest you have the patience myself....

I like the patience myself, as taking the ribbon off just scares me!!!
How about a bit of steam or water? Will that work on ribbon like on felt to smooth out the wrinkles???

Don't apply the iron directly to the ribbon but use a cloth between the two. You can dampen the cloth for a steam effect.
