I can't say who is the best because there isn's big interest in nylon whips. There are few makers who make nylon whips - rjallen, classicbullwhips, rhett's whips, jabahutt (neawhips) me and for sure some others :)

I think most of the guys listed above are really talented whip makers. I have two of ron's whips(rjallen), and I am really satisfied.

I've got an rjallen nylon whip. Not only is he talented, but provides killer customer service to make sure you're happy.

I think he'll have a long run at this if he keeps it up :)
