My New (well practically new lol) AB
I just wanted to share this with you guys and gals this is my first AB!!..and it will not be my last...and i'm telling you (not that you really need to be told ) this hat is superb! ....It's a second hand lid from a member of COW and is from what I can tell in basically new condition, the felt is still stiff ...I have an AB on order from Steve but I couldn't help myself, hey I needed to scratch an itch that had been bugging me for a long time ...Here are a couple of pics...hope you all enjoy and let me know what you all think!!

What Size Hat do you Wear?
Please don't be "elitist" and keep more than one of them -- unless of course, you have more than one head and forgive me for offending you!
Remember the Undeserving Poor as well as the Greedy Needy require Adventurebilt Fedoras just as much as you do.

I think Yarvton was jokingThe Avaitor wrote:I'm not being elitist I saved up for months for this hat and its the first custom made hat i've ever gotten, albeit it wasnt built for me. I've only ever worn akubra federations. I don't really understand why your being conceited about this? Perhaps you could explain yourself?

If he was I didn't get it ....Thanks Tron I will this hat is never going to leave me I've even been picking it up by the brim to keep it truckin as long as possible! One thing I have to say is that the AB is an extremly comfortable hat to wear and very substantial...substantial is the best word to use. It's funny though I took it out of the box and was like "hey this crown is too small" lol...i've grown accustomed to a taller crown I think, looks beautiful im very pleased.
Cheers

Excuse me sir no I did not say that and in no way "Hurled" any such comment towards Steve or Adventurebilt, re-read I said that the option of allocating 5 hats to past customers on a set list is in a way elitism, while also quite impractical. This was a purely hypothetical discussion on the non-existant possibility of Steve implementing this purely hypothetical system. I really don't know how to approach you on this as I assume you are trying to be sarcastic.
So yes in a way you are completely and unequivically right I accused Steve of being elitist on the basis of a system that he does not use, does not want to use and furthermore does not exist!
Now that's sarcasm!
In the future please take care and READ what people are writing before you accuse them of lambasting another company or individual. No one else has read my comments that way, including Steve. So I am ever sooo sorry I offended you.
Cheers
